Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds
  2. 2 tablespoons of nigella seeds (kalonji)
  3. 2 tablespoons of wild celery seeds 
  4. 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds (saunf, mouri)
  5. 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
